Kickoff: Music and Marimbas from Around the World
Wednesday, June 15, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Each country we visit during Marimbamania! tells its own unique story of the marimba and its importance to their culture. This interactive program will include music from Mexico, West Africa, Germany, Japan, and more. An event for all ages; drop-ins welcome.
Harry Potter Party
Friday, July 8, 11 a.m - 12 p.m or 2 - 3 p.m. The final Harry Potter movie comes out July 15! We’re celebrating with games and crafts - and we want you to join us! For grades 1-5; registration is required. Register for only one of the sessions. Belly Dance Seminar
Monday, July 18, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Local dance studio Rhythm Fusion Dance Company will teach some basics of this ancient exotic dance. Have fun and get exercise while learning shakes, drops, and pops. Ages 8 through adult are welcome. Registration is required.
Wildlife Safari
Wednesday, July 27, 6 - 7 p.m. Nelson “The Animal Guy” swings by the library with a menagerie of animals from around the world! What cool creature will you meet? An event for all ages: drop-ins welcome. Finale: Cirque Amongus

After Lunch Bunch with Miss Jennie
Around-the-world crafts, games, and storytelling for grades 3-5. Each week we will focus on a different fairy tale from around the world. Drawing Classes for All Skill Levels!

Drawing Classes with Mr. Mike Preschool and Kindergarten:
Have fun learning how to draw! Children must have experience coloring. Parents or caretakers must remain in the library building while their children are participating in this program. Registration is required and begins two weeks before each class.
