One Book One Community

The Chesterfield Township Library is pleased to announce the title selected for the 2019 One Book One Community project, "Fahrenheit 451." The science fiction classic by Ray Bradbury is as relevant today as when the novel was first published more than 60 years ago. As part of the Chesterfield Township Library's 25th anniversary celebration, residents are invited to participate in a community-wide reading event that will feature a discussion of the book, presentation of a movie adaptation, and digital photography contest.

Beginning in January, free copies of the book, provided through grant funding by the Anchor Bay Community Foundation, will be available at the library while supplies last. Copies of the book may also be checked out from the library in a variety of formats including print book or audiobook, and eBook or eAudiobook.
