One Book One Community Project

The Chesterfield Township Library is pleased to announce the 2020 One Book One Community selection, "Palaces for the People: How Social Infrastructure Can Help Fight Inequality, Polarization, and the Decline of Civic Life" by Eric Klinenberg. The One Book One Community reading project features several events, including a community book discussion, film screening, and digital photography contest in February. This project centers on community-wide reading of a single book in order to create a shared conversation with a range of related events and activities for residents.

All events are free and open to the public. After January 1st, pick up a free copy of the book at the library while supplies last.
