In preparation for reopening the Chesterfield Township Library, the Library Board of Trustees met on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 and adopted the Library Reopening Policy and Plan. The Reopening Policy and Plan establishes the steps and protocols the Library may put in place to protect the Library, staff and patrons when the Library reopens.

 By Executive Order "Stay Home, Stay Safe, Save Lives": Library closed to the public. Essential employess only working in facility.

  • The Library's remote Summer Reading Program for youth, teens and adults will launch June 1, 2020
  • All in-person programs at the Library are cancelled through Labor Day, September 7, 2020
  • The Library is NOT accepting book sale donations until further notice.
